Caution! Photo intense entry of crafts I’ve made but I haven’t made anything recently because of summer courses.

Who said you can hang a donut from your cell phone?

I turned this into a hair tie. I’ve used it a few times and my friends tease me for having a pastry in my hair. Psh.

Doubtful heart.

The heart does look sad though.

Some were changed into hair ties, cell phone accessories, and others remained to be donuts.

Got carried away with my stamps!

Various cell phone accessories.

Pinned.

Attempt to make a clover. It’s hard cutting it free hand or maybe it is just me.

I made felt lollipops. I tried to draw little hearts on them but they didn’t come out right.

Bouquet of roses/flowers.

Flying heart?

Severely lopsided heart, borderline “L” cell phone accessory.

Lace Flower Puff Ball (?) cell phone accessory.

Pastry cell phone accessory.

Simple Plaid Bow cell phone accessory.

Decorative green bow cell phone accessory.

Hello Kitty hair clips.

Hello Kitty’s faceeee.

Made this for St. Patrick’s Day.

Batch of hair clips I made in one sitting. I was really inspired after I received some ribbon from my friend.

Definitely my favorite style with the little flower-esque detail.

Simple but functional.

Making tags.

Here I go with the flower-esque detailing again.

Petite bow hair clips all the way!

I wasn’t joking about the flower thing.

In green! It’s my favorite color.

I think I’ve posted these up before.

Each one is handcrafted.

One of my favorite from the batch. Lower left one has a little bump to it. Haha. To tell you the truth, I don’t know if I can replicate these two. Free-hand design.

After my quiz/test today I got home and checked my email. Turns out someone bought one of my mangas on Amazon, so I wrote down the information to send it out and then went to the post office to send it. I stopped by TJMAXX afterwards and found an awesome outfit!

It’s really cute, I don’t know when I will wear it but it is really nice to look at.

It is a two piece. I couldn’t resist it because I can wear the top alone with a pair of pants/shorts or I can wear the dress under it with another outfit! The possibilities are endless! I love it when I find these things!

It was actually in the clearance section so it was only $15!!

Then I saw this awesome tank.

I also found it in the clearance section. Can you say…$5? Yeah!
It is also an item that can be worn in many different ways! I can wear it in the winter/fall if I wear a white or black long sleeved shirt under it. I can wear it now with another tank top under it. Wearing different colored tanks under it will change the design a bit and so it is something that can be worn with things you already have! Just so many things you can do with it. I can’t wait to wear it.

Retail therapy after my quiz/test. TJMAXX mini-haul? As a student, I really don’t have much money but I couldn’t resist these two items. They might not be “in” but I like them and I think I can do a lot of things with them. I love layering up…even in the summer. I am so guilty of that. Plus it gets really chilly in my classrooms.

I bought a Japanese ice shaver yesterday and I absolutely LOVE it. It’s a manual ice shaver, it’s yellow, and is awesome.

The company that produced it is Pearl Life. It is called Shari-Shari Sweet. Last night I brought out frozen smoothie my aunt made Friday night and used that instead of ice. It came out so fluffy and like the desserts you get at those yogurt/ice cream shops. The smoothie was in one of those Ziploc Twist Top containers http://www.ziploc.com/Products/Pages/TwistLocContainers.aspx?SizeName=Small

It fits perfectly into the ice shaver.

It comes with a container for you to use, you fill it up with water or anything you want and then you place it in your freezer.

After it freeze you pop it out and place it in the “machine”. The top has a spring on it so you press down and twist the top into place. You start cranking the handle and then out comes the shaved ice! Oh yeah, don’t forget to place a bowl under it. But in case you forget the “machine” has a bottom piece to catch all drippings or ice which makes it a lot easier to clean and you don’t have to worry about getting the table dirty or wet.

From that one block you can easily get about 3 people’s worth of fluffy snow goodness! The picture of the outcome was after I took a cup worth of it out because it was overflowing.

It is really nice and easy to use. It’s really cute and does the job well. I would totally recommend this. I just bought it but I’ll see how long it lasts. I wish it came with an extra blade so that we can change it if the blade gets dull.

This purchase was a total success!! Guess how much it cost??!!

ONLY $12.99!!!

I searched online and the prices were really high, so this was a total bargain! Plus it is made in Japan.

Here are some of the links that came up.

If you guys are interested in buying it. I can totally go out and buy it for you guys and send it to you. We can work things out with Paypal. My only condition is that after you receive your item, you pay me for all the costs such as shipping, the cost of the “machine”, and well that’s it. It is your call on which kind of shipping you want, First Class or Standard but either way I would prefer it to have a Delivery Confirmation Number.

Went to Michael’s and Hobby Lobby Thursday afternoon and got some really cool things for hair clips. Here are the hair accessories I handcrafted that day.

Overview.

(Price: $1.99 which includes shipping.)

Hair stick that I think will look great when you use it to put your hair in a bun.

These were sewn on to the clip and here you can see what it looks like in the front and what the actual metal clip looks like.

Black ribbon bow with tulle.

Wear it on the side of your head and it’ll look like a little hat. tee hee.

(Price: $1.75, buy two for $3.00 which all includes First Class Mail shipping)

The material for the clip was made in Brazil. I liked how the ribbon  looked. It’s a great for when you need a hair clip that gives your hair just a little pop.

These clips are very good at handling large amounts of hair. I use these 50mm clips all the time.

(Price: $1.75, buy two for $3.00 which all includes First Class Mail shipping)

After the first one, I wanted to make a more interesting pattern with it.

Cute affordable accessories! Here to just share things I make. Hopefully to just break it even with the materials I buy. Thanks for stopping by! Comment/Suggestions will be appreciated!

Thursday was my last day of class for 1st summer short session and today was my first day for my 2nd summer short session class. The first session class was Cultural Diversity and it was a really good class to take. I liked it a lot. The class I went to today is Introduction to Global Issues under the International Affairs department. I am just really lost and very intimidated by the class/fellow students. I hope everything goes well because I need to make at least a B in the class. I want to get the A but it seems hard to get, at least right now. I’ll definitely try my hardest. ㅠㅠ;

What am I trying to do?

I am trying to share handcrafted items. I've always had a thing for hair accessories from HotTopic, Urban Outfitters, and many other places but it gets really expensive. This is why I began to make my own. That's why my prices are low. I just want to call it even in terms of material costs and postage cost.

I don't want my prices to be around $8 because that would defeat the purpose of my projects. Plus, these accessories are handcrafted, not mass produced. Each and every one of them are made out of love. I usually make them when I feel inspired or in the mood make things. I've tried to force myself to make things and they never turn out right. >.<

How do you order them?
Email/comment and I confirm your order and send you an invoice. I will be using paypal for all transaction.

My paypal email is:
